Shipping & returns
Shipping, payment, returns and safety.
Shipping
Every toy is made to order. Delivery is free anywhere in India — every state and union territory, whatever your order comes to. There is no minimum and no delivery charge at checkout.
Payment
You can pay by UPI or choose cash on delivery. The checkout screen shows your total before you confirm. There is no delivery charge to add. We start making your toys once your order is placed.
Returns & replacements
Every toy is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will make a replacement and post it to you free of charge.
Safety
Almost all of our toys are made from PLA, a hard plastic derived from corn starch. Every product page shows a recommended minimum age — 4 years and above unless the toy calls for older, and some are 6 or 8. Some of our toys contain small parts; where we have recorded that, the product page says so, and if you are unsure about a particular toy please message us and ask. PLA softens in heat, so keep the toys out of hot cars and away from boiling water. Hand-wash only.
