Shipping
We make every toy after you order it, which is why it takes 8–10 days to reach you. Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more. Below that you pay the actual courier rate, shown before you confirm. We ship across India.
Paying
UPI or cash on delivery. You confirm the order on WhatsApp — we send the total and the shipping cost there before we start making anything.
Returns & replacements
Because every toy is made just for you, we don’t accept returns. If it arrives damaged or something went wrong while we were making it, send a photo on WhatsApp within48 hours of delivery and we make you a new one and post it free.
Safety
Made from PLA, a hard plastic made from corn starch. Ages 6 and up — the little ones have small parts. It goes soft in heat, so keep them out of hot cars and away from boiling water. Hand-wash only.
